Effect of Complex Thermal Nursing Intervention on Stress Reaction Index,Hypothermia and Shivering Rate in Elderly Patients Undergoing Total Extraperitoneal Laparoscopic Hernia Repair
Objective:To probe into the influence of complex thermal nursing intervention on stress reaction indexes and the incidence of hypothermia and shivering in elderly patients undergoing totally extraperitoneal prosthesis(TEP),so as to provide basis for clinical nursing.Methods:98 elderly patients who underwent TEP in the Operating Room of Deyang People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table, there were 49 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine heat preservation nursing, and the study group was given compound heat preservation nursing intervention on the basis of routine heat preservation nursing. The changes of stress reaction indexes(systolic blood pressure, heart rate),hypothermia and shivering were compared between the two groups. Results:After operation, the systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 30 min and at the end of operation(t=6.274,4.067,5.736,5.952;P<0.05).After operation, the body temperature of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the routine group at 30 min after operation and at the end of operation(t=12.543,10.625;P<0.05).The incidences of hypothermia and shivering in the study group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(x2=5.018,5.995;P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of composite thermal insulation nursing intervention in the operating room of elderly patients undergoing TEP can reduce the related stress reaction during the operation, and the risk of low temperature intraoperative hypothermia and chills.
