摘要
急性脑梗死是神经科最常见的疾病之一,其发病率,复发率,致残率和病死率一直居高不下.据统计,脑梗死是目前世界上人类致死的第2位原因.丁苯酞(NBP)对治疗急性脑梗死具有显著效果,一般通过抗氧化应激、抗炎、保护线粒体、保护脑组织、改善循环、减缓动脉粥样硬化的发展等作用参与急性脑梗死的治疗.与其他常规治疗相比具有一定的优势.胱抑素C(CysC)作为内源性组织蛋白酶抑制剂,参与脑梗死形成的多个机制,其指标具有一定的参考价值.本研究就NBP治疗急性脑梗死的作用机制、CysC与脑梗死的形成以及NBP对CysC关系的相关研究进行综述,为今后急性脑梗死的临床治疗提供更多的思路.
Abstract
Acute cerebral infarction is one of the most common diseases in neurology.Its incidence rate,recurrence rate,disability rate and case fatality rate are always high.According to statistics,cerebral infarction is the second leading cause of human death in the world.Butylphthalide has significant effect on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.It is generally involved in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction through antioxidant stress,anti-inflammation,protection of mitochondria,protection of brain tissue,improvement of circulation,and slowing down the development of atherosclerosis,etc.Compared with other conventional treatments,it has certain advantages.As an endogenous cathepsin inhibitor,cystatin C participates in multiple mechanisms of cerebral infarction formation,and its indicators have certain reference value.The study reviews the mechanism of NBP in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,the formation of cystatin C and cerebral infarction,and the relationship between butylphthalide and cystatin C,so as to provide more ideas for the clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction in the future.
