Effect of Noradrenaline Assisted Intraspinal Anesthesia on Perioperative Cardiac Function in Puerpera Undergoing Caesarean Section
Objective:To observe the effect of norepinephrine(NE)assisted intraspinal anesthesia on improving perioperative cardiac function in puerpera undergoing cesarean section.Methods:110 puerpera who were selected for cesarean section from February 2021 to February 2022 in the hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 55 cases in each group. The two groups were given intraspinal anesthesia. The observation group used NE assisted intraspinal anesthesia. The changes of cardiac function, adverse events and neonatal delivery in the perioperative period of the two groups were compared. Results:The mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 10 min after anesthesia(T1),30 min after anesthesia(T2),after surgery(T3)and after recovery(T4),and the cardiac output(CO)was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(t=3.062,3.527,3.821,3.657,2.571,3.115,3.251,3.162,2.427,2.402,2.459,2.615;P<0.05).The recovery time and Apgar scores 1 min,5 min and 10 min after delivery in the observation group were similar to those in the control group, with no significant difference(t=1.138,0.202,0.223,0.152;P>0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group(5.45%)was lower than that in control group(16.36%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.126,P<0.05).Conclusion:Intraspinal anesthesia assisted by NE for cesarean section parturients can significantly improve their perioperative cardiac function.NE will not have significant impact on the puerpera's awakening and neonatal delivery, but will significantly reduce the risk of adverse events such as hypotension and chills,so as to improve the puerpera's prognosis.
