Analysis of Influencing Factors of Ovarian Reserve Function in Patients with Ovarian Cysts of Childbearing Age After Removal
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of ovarian reserve function in patients with ovarian cysts of childbearing age after removal.Methods:120 patients of childbearing age who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. The rate of decline in ovarian reserve function of patients after surgery was counted, and the patients were divided into two groups according to whether they had decreased ovarian reserve function or not.The influencing factors of ovarian reserve function after surgery were eliminated by one-way and logistic regression analysis. Results:DOR occurred in 18 of 120 patients with ovarian cysts of childbearing age after removal, with an incidence of 15.00%.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups on the affected side, operation method, hemostatic method and physician experience(χ2=6.920,7.138,7.353,5.056;P<0.05).The results of logistic regression analysis show that bilateral cysts,single-hole surgery, electrocoagulation hemostasis, and lack of experience of doctors were all factors affecting whether DOR occurred in patients with ovarian cysts of childbearing age after removal(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a decline in ovarian reserve function in patients with ovarian cysts of childbearing age after removal, which is influenced by factors, such as bilateral cysts,single-hole surgery, electrocoagulation hemostasis, and lack of doctors'experience, etc.
