Influencing Factors of Disease Severity and Early Prognosis in Patients with Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:To analyze and explore the severity of patients and the influencing factors of the early prognosis,so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment effect of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:66 patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the survival of the patients one week after hospitalization, they were divided into two groups:survival group and death group. The indicators of the patients were analyzed. The patient indicators to be collected in the experiment include admission age, gender, disease history, history, admission GCS score, hematoma volume and plasma D-dimer level, etc.Multivariate logistics regression analysis was used to analyze the severity of the disease and early prognosis. Results:After index analysis and comparison, the differences in age, hematoma volume,GCS score, and plasma D-dimer levels in the survival group and the death group were statistically significant(χ2=4.854,81.241,39.563,130.541;P<0.05).The plasma D-dimer level of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage was significantly associated with the severity of acute cerebral hemorrhage and the early prognosis(OR=1.541,P<0.05).However,the association of the hematoma volume with the severity of acute ICH and the early prognosis was relatively low(OR=1.324,P<0.05).The GCS score and age and severity of acute ICH and early prognosis had the relatively lowest correlation(OR=1.131,P<0.05).Conclusion:After experiment and analysis, the patient's age, hematoma,GCS score and plasma D-dimer level and the severity of disease severity and early prognosis, the plasma D-dimer level the highest correlation,so in the process of clinical diagnosis and first aid, medical personnel must detect and analyze the clotting condition, the amount of hematoma and the status of coma in the first time, and take reasonable measures to carry out first aid,so as to save more precious lives of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.
