Comparative Analysis of Conservative Treatment and Minimally Invasive Puncture in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage Complicated with Mild Pyramidal Tract Injury
Objective:To explore the difference of curative effect and prognosis between conservative treatment and minimally invasive puncture in patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with mild pyramidal tract injury.Methods:80 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage combined with mild pyramidal tract injury admitted in the hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were taken as the research object, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received traditional treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, while patients in the observation group received minimally invasive puncture surgery.Difference of curative effect between the two groups and the changes of cognitive function(MoCA)and neurological function(NIHSS)before and after treatment were compared, and the occurrence of various complications of the two groups were observed. Results:The treatment efficiency of observation group was higher than control group, with statistically significant difference(χ2=4.713,P<0.05).After treatment, the MoCA scores of the two groups increased significantly, and the efficacy and MoCA scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=3.137,2.882;P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(χ2=1.409,P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conservative treatment, minimally invasive puncture surgery is more effective in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and mild pyramidal tract injury, and can effectively promote the recovery of cognitive function and neurological function of patients.
