Effect of Microecological Preparation on Immune Function and Nutritional Status of Neonates with Jaundice Treated by Total Intravenous Nutrition
Objective:To observe the application effect of micro-ecological preparation in total intravenous nutrition support treatment of neonatal jaundice and its influence on immune function and nutritional status of children.Methods:123 cases of neonatal jaundice admitted to Xiangfu District First People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The enrolled children were divided into observation group(62 cases)and control group(61 cases)by drawing lots.Both groups of children were treated with total intravenous nutrition support,and the observation group was treated with micro-ecological agents.The immune function and nutritional status of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.All children were followed up for a short period of 6 months to compare the improvement of gastrointestinal motility and prognosis during the follow-up period.Results:After treatment,the levels of humoral immune indexes,such as immunoglobulin(Ig)M,IgA,IgG,and cellular immune indexes,such as CD3+,CD4+and CD8+of T lymphocytes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),transferrin(TRF)and other nutritional indexes were higher than those in the control group(t=2.202,2.794,2.117,3.384,2.724,3.461,3.007,3.723,2.799;P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the serum gastrin(GAS)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,and the incidence of adverse events was 4.84%(3/62),which was lower than that in the control group[14.75%(9/61)],with statistically significant diffence(χ2=5.558,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of micro-ecological preparation assisted total intravenous nutrition support treatment for neonatal jaundice can significantly improve the immune function of the body,improve the nutritional status of children,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal motility,and reduce the risk of adverse events.
