The medical laboratory technology major in higher vocational education has the characteristics of practicality,technicality,practicality and comprehensiveness.On the basis of traditional medical laboratory education model,professional ability is analyzed,and virtual simulation technology is introduced to conduct on-line experimental teaching,which integrates on-line and off-line practical teaching organically.Moreover,the close combination with the clinical practice is emphasized,and the cultivation of professional ability,professional ethics and innovative thinking are focused,so as to stimulate students'learning enthusiasm.In good learning environment,learning effectiveness can be improved,and nurture high-quality,high-tech and high-skilled professionals be cultivated so that they can quickly adapt to the role of clinical staff.
