Study on the Effect and Effectiveness of Acupuncture Combined with Brain Circulation Therapeutic Apparatus in the Rehabilitation of Children with Cerebral Palsy
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy.Methods:The children with cerebral palsy admitted to the hospital from November 2020 to October 2021,70 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases)with computer screening method.Control group received acupuncture,and observation group received acupuncture combined with cerebral circulation therapeutic instrument treatment.The motor level and muscle tension of the two groups were compared.The efficacy of the treatment was also evaluated.Results:After intervention,the scores of reflexes,movement,physical operation,posture and AEMG in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.788 8,4.074 6,2.410 5,4.735 1,5.176 3;P＜0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.786 3,P＜0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,children with cerebral palsy are treated with acupuncture and cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus.It can reduce the degree of convulsion in children,and it is beneficial to the recovery of children's motor ability and muscle ability.The clinical efficacy is significant.
