Analysis of the Effect of Using Clinical Nursing Pathways in the Nursing of Patients with Severe Bronchial Asthma to Promote the Rehabilitation of Patients and Improve Nursing Satisfaction
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of using clinical nursing pathways in the rehabilitation and improvement of nursing satisfaction of patients with severe bronchial asthma. Methods:A total of 100 patients with severe bronchial asthma admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with digital grouping method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received clinical care. The relevant indicators of the two groups of patients were compared. Results:After nursing, the FEVl and FVC of the observation group patients were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the 6-minute walking distance was significantly longer than that of the control group(t=12.66,6.05,3.88;P<0.05).The psychological function, physical function, material life, and social function of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group(t=23.17,24.11,23.16,26.12;P<0.05).The observation group had higher levels of expiratory flow(FEF25)at 25%vital capacity,FEF50 at 50%vital capacity,FEF75 at 75%vital capacity, and MMEF75/25 at mid expiratory flow than the control group(t=10.56,2.21,4.28,5.45;P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing pathways in the care of patients with severe bronchial asthma has a significant effect:to improve the physical situation of the patients, improve treatment compliance, and promote patients'satisfaction degree.
