Effect of Narrative Nursing Combined with Chain Affection Nursing on Self-efficacy and Quality of Life of Patients with Cervical Cancer
Objective:To explore the effect of narrative nursing combined with chain affection nursing on self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer.Methods:92 patients with cervical cancer admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to July 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.On this basis,the observation group was given narrative nursing combined with chain nursing,which lasted for 3 months.The negative emotion,self-efficacy,cancer-related fatigue,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the score of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The score of GSES,which was higher than those in the control group.The score of physical fatigue,emotional fatigue and cognitive fatigue in the cancer fatigue scale(CFS)were lower than those in the control group.The physical pain score,physical function score,physical function score,mental health score,emotional function score,social function score,life vitality score,and overall health score in the health survey summary(SF-36)were higher than those in the control group with statistically significant difference(t=5.339,4.333,7.821,14.984,15.981,15.696,11.210,11.855,12.646,6.607,14.599,12.411,15.606,15.463;P<0.05).Compared with the control group(80.43%),the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(95.65%)was higher(χ2=5.060,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of narrative nursing and chain affection nursing in patients with cervical cancer can reduce negative emotions and cancer-related fatigue,enhance self-efficacy,promote quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.
