Effect of Rational Emotional Behavior Nursing on Negative Emotion and Quality of Life of Burn Plastic Surgery Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of rational emotional behavior nursing on negative emotion and quality of life of burn plastic surgery patients.Methods:82 burn plastic patients admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to July 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing on the basis of the control group,and the observation group was given rational emotional behavior nursing,which lasted for 1 month.The negative emotion,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of the post-care symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=19.419,31.071,29.515,29.454,8.188,19.607,26.052,23.163,34.031;P<0.05).After treatment,SF-36 were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=9.611,9.827,14.138,10.165,10.602,14.582,11.337,9.532;P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control grou(χ2=5.145,P<0.05).Conclusion:Reasonable emotional behavior nursing in burn plastic surgery patients can effectively reduce bad emotions,promote the improvement of quality of life,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction.
