Research Progress of Chinese Medicine Intervention on the Expression of Signaling Pathway Factors in Reflux Esophagitis
Reflux esophagitis(RE)is an important subtype of gastroesophageal reflux disease,and its incidence is increasing year by year.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good results in the treatment of reflux esophagitis,many scholars have discussed how traditional Chinese medicine intervenes in the mechanism of RE pathway,however,the pathogenesis of RE is complex,involving a wide range of pathways.The study mainly summarizes the following NLRP3/Caspase-1,NF-κB,HIF-2α and P38MAPK signaling pathway and the intervention effect of meridian treatment on the pathway above,providing scien-tific basis for the cure of RE by traditional Chinese medicine.
