Research Progress on the Effect of Sequential Application of Estrogen and Progestogen After Drug Abortion
In recent years,the incidence of unwanted pregnancy remains high.Due to its simple operation,convenience,economy and small damage,medical abortion is adopted by the majority of patients.However,its side effects such as incomplete abortion,bleeding and abnormal menstruation are easy to cause secondary injuries to patients.The study reviews the effects of sequential use of estrogen progesterone in medical abortion to increase the rate of complete abortion,regularly change the menstrual cycle,reduce the time of bleeding,reduce intrauterine adhesion,infection and so on,so as to provide evidence for improving the satisfaction rate of medical abortion and reducing the rate of uterine clearance.
