Effect of Vascular Embolization Intervention for Cerebral Aneurysm and its Effect on Complication Incidence
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cerebral aneurysm and the incidence of complications.Methods:100 patients with cerebral aneurysm in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups.Experimental group received vascular embolization interventional therapy, and control group received craniotomy surgical treatment. The hospitalization, operation time, complications and prognosis were compared. Results:The duration of hospital stay and surgical treatment in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.939,11.839;P<0.05).The complications in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.162,P<0.05).After the evaluation of the prognosis of Glasgow score, the experimental group had a higher rate of excellent prognosis than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.091,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of vascular embolization intervention for cerebral aneurysm has achieved good results, improved prognosis, reduced complications, and shortened hospital stay and surgery time.
