Effect of Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction on TCM Symptoms and Limb Function of Hemiplegic Patients After Stroke
Objective:To observe the effect of Lingjiao Gouteng decoction on improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and limb function of hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods:129 cases of hemiplegia after stroke from July 2020 to February 2022 were selected. They were divided into the observation group(65 cases were treated with Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction+western medicine)and the control group(64 cases were treated with western medicine only). The improvement of symptoms, limb functions and cerebral blood rheology of the two groups after treatment were compared. All patients were followed up for a short period of 6 months. The recovery of brain nerve function and adverse reactions were observed. Results:After treatment, the main symptoms such as headache, dizziness, irritability, and secondary symptoms such as naked skin, coarse breath and bad breath in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.252,2.760,2.895,3.255;P<0.05).After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale(FMA)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.016,3.220;P<0.05).After treatment,PSV,HSV and LSV were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.021,3.000,3.498;P<0.05).During the follow-up period,NIHSS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and MBI control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.950,3.081;P<0.05).After treatment, the adverse reaction rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=0.160,P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional western medicine and Lingjiao Gouteng decoction for post-stroke hemiplegia patients can promote the recovery of symptoms, improve the limb function of patients, and promote the recovery of cerebral blood rheology and nerve function.
