Comparative Study of the Diagnostic Value of Multislice Spiral CT and Cardiovascular Angiography in Myocardial Bridge-wall Coronary Arteries
Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT and cardiovascular angiography in myocardial bridge-wall coronary arteries.Methods:50 patients with suspected myocardial bridge-mural coronary arteries who received treatment from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and all of them underwent multi-row spiral CT and cardiovascular angiography. The results of the two examination modalities, the correlation between the buried depth of the mural coronary artery and the degree of stenosis, and the diagnostic value were compared. Results:Wall coronary artery length and burial depth were greater in multi-row spiral CT than in cardiovascular angiography, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.983,4.866;P<0.05).The degree of stenosis in multi-row spiral CT was lower than that in cardiovascular angiography, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.283,P<0.05).The degree of stenosis of deeply buried myocardial bridge-mural coronary arteries was significantly higher than that of superficial myocardial bridge-mural coronary arteries on multislice CT,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.975,P<0.05).The degree of stenosis of deeply buried myocardial bridge-mural coronary arteries was significantly higher than that of superficial myocardial bridge-mural coronary arteries in cardiac angiography, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.387,P<0.05).The Kappa value for the diagnosis of superficial myocardial bridge-wall coronary arteries and deeply buried myocardial bridge-wall coronary arteries by multislice CT and cardiovascular angiography was 0.954,with a high degree of concordance. Conclusion:The diagnostic efficacy of multi-row spiral CT and cardiovascular angiography on myocardial bridge-wall coronary arteries is relatively the same,in which multi-row spiral CT is easier to detect the length of the wall coronary arteries and the depth of the buried depth, and the cardiovascular angiography has a significant value in the determination of the degree of stenosis. The combination of the examination can be adopted to achieve the advantages of the complementary advantages, when it is necessary.
