Analysis of the Diagnostic Effect of 64 Row CT in Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic effect of 64 slice CT in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods:62 patients with suspected traumatic brain injury in the hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were studied, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were diagnosed with 64 slice spiral CT,and the surgical results were used as the gold standard to analyze the compliance rate of 64 slice CT diagnosis of traumatic brain injury, the evaluation effect of patient prognosis, and the imaging characteristics of different types of patients. Results:All 62 suspected traumatic brain injury patients in this group were diagnosed with traumatic brain injury after surgery. After 64 row CT diagnosis,58 cases were diagnosed with traumatic brain injury. The diagnostic accuracy rate was 93.55%,the missing diagnostic rate was 3.23%,and the rate of missed diagnosis was 2.23%.After 64 slice CT evaluation of the prognosis,26 cases were mild,20 cases were medium, and 16 cases were severe. The imaging characteristics of patients with traumatic brain injury were relatively obvious, and diagnostic personnel could accurately analyze the type of disease based on the imaging characteristics of the patients. Conclusion:When traumatic brain injury patients in clinical practice is diagnosed, the application of 64 row CT can effectively reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, help diagnostic personnel to judge the degree of the patients'brain injury, and provide reliable guidance for clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation.
