Diagnostic Value of the Urethra and Gonococcus Vaginalis Secretions for Related Diseases
Objective:To analyze the test results of urethral and vaginal secretions in 400 cases of suspected gonorrhea and their diagnostic value for related diseases.Methods:A total of 400 patients with suspected urethritis,prostatitis,cervicitis,uteroconjunctivitis,and others under the diagnosis of vaginal and urethral secretions from January to December 2021 in the hosptial were selected.Culture diagnosis of vaginal and urethral secretions was performed in all patients.The diagnostic results were analyzed.Results:A total of 150 cases were positive in 400 patients,including 65 male urethra secretions with detection rate of 32.50%,25 prostate secretions with detection rate of 31.25%,5 semen with detection rate of 25.00%;34 female cervical secretions with detection rate of 34.34%,21 cases of conjunctival secretions with detection rate of 100%.The positive group was mainly young people aged 18~30.The overall detection rate of 400 patients was 45.22%,among which the detection rate of women was higher,which was 55.71%,while the positive rate of patients gradually decreased with the increase of average age.The overall detection rate of men was 33.93%,and the overall detection rate of women was 37.50%.Conclusion:The diagnosis of gonococcal is of great value in the detection of suppurative inflammatory diseases,and the patient can be diagnosed to facilitate targeted treatment at early date.At present,the number of gonococcal reproductive infections in the area are mainly women,aged 18~30,and the infection rate of suspected population is close to 50%.It is recommended to diagnose gonococcal infection and inflammation.
