基于功能问题式学习的康复治疗实习教学改革初探

目的:观察传统讲授式学习(LBL)、问题式学习(PBL)、功能问题式学习(FBL)3种带教方式对康复治疗学专业实习学生实习考核成绩和教学满意度的应用效果.方法:选取2020年6月—2021年5月、2021年6月—2022年5月郑州大学第三附属医院康复科实习的287名康复治疗专业学生作为研究对象,根据姓名全拼进行排序,按学历本科、专科(包括职业技术院校)进行分层,采用随机函数将不同层级学生随机分为LBL组(n=96)、PBL组(n=95)和FBL组(n=96),比较三组学生的考核成绩与满意度.结果:实习后,PBL组和FBL组考核成绩均优于LBL组,差异有统计学意义(F=10.540,P<0.05);三组学生实习前后考核差值比较,差异有统计学意义(F=0.540,P<0.05);三组学生满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(H=0.277,P>0.05).结论:FBL是康复治疗实习过程中一种新的学习模式,更加注重对以功能障碍为核心的康复思维的培养,能够提高学生对康复理论知识与操作的应用能力,为康复实习教学提供一定的参考.
Preliminary Study on the Teaching Reform of Rehabilitation Therapy Practice Based on Function-Based Learning
Objective:To explore the differences of Lecture-Based Learing(LBL),Problem-Based Learning(PBL)and Function-Based Learning(FBL)methods on the examination results and satisfaction of students in rehabilitation practice.Methods:A total of 287 students majoring in rehabilitation therapy who practiced in the rehabilitation department of the hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 and from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.Sorting according to the name of the whole spell,stratifying according to the degree of undergraduate and junior college(including technical secondary school),and conducting random functions to randomly divide them into three groups:LBL group(n=96),PBL group(n=95)and FBL group(n=96).The examination results and satisfaction of the three groups were compared.Results:After practice,performance of PBL and FBL was better than LBL group,with statistically significant difference(F=10.540,P<0.05).The difference of the examination results of theoretical knowledge and operation skills among the three groups was statistically significant(F=0.540,P<0.05).And the difference of the satisfaction among the three groups was not statistically significant(H=0.227,P>0.05).Conclusion:FBL is a new learning mode in rehabilitation therapy practice,focusing on the training of rehabilitation thinking with dysfunction as the core.It can improve students'application ability of rehabilitation theoretical knowledge and operation,and provide certain reference for rehabilitation practice teaching.
