Effect of Situational Experiential Teaching on Empathy Ability,Comprehensive Practice Ability and Teaching Satisfaction of Practice Nurses in Health Management Center
Objective:To explore the effects of situational experiential teaching on empathy ability,comprehensive practice ability and teaching satisfaction of practice nurses in health management center.Methods:A total of 96 nurses who practiced in the Health Management Center,Deyang City People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode,and the research group was given the situational experiential teaching based on traditional teaching mode.The empathy ability,comprehensive practice ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared after the teaching intervention.Results:After the teaching intervention,the empathy ability of both groups was higher than that before the intervention,and compared with the control group,the total score of the empathy ability of the research group was higher(t=7.939,P<0.05).After teaching intervention,the comprehensive practice ability of both groups was higher than before intervention,and the total score of the comprehensive practice ability of the research group was higher than that of the control group(t=20.430,P<0.05).Compared with the control group(72.92%),the teaching satisfaction of the study group(93.75%)was higher(χ2=12.308,P<0.05).Conclusion:Situational experiential teaching can improve the empathy ability of practice nurses in health management centers,and effectively improve their comprehensive practice ability and teaching satisfaction.
