基于结构变动度综合医院门诊收入结构变动特征研究——以2012-2021年截面数据为例

摘要
目的:通过分析我国综合医院门诊收入结构变动机理,为研究综合医院收入优化提供政策参考.方法:利用结构变动分析法分析综合医院门诊收入变动趋势.结果:2012-2021年综合医院门诊收入中的药品占比出现稳步下降的趋势,2012-2015年有序下降,2016-2018年下降速度比较大,体现医疗服务价值的收入在门诊医疗收入中占比呈上升的趋势,检查收入、治疗收入和手术收入在医疗收入中的占比提高了近2%.结论:积极推进"医药分家"改革,政策落实效果明显,但是药品收入在整个医疗收入中占比仍然较大,应加强预算管理,通过信息化系统实施精细化管理.
Abstract
Objective:To provide policy reference for studying the income optimization of general hospitals by analyzing the mechanism of outpatient income structure change in general hospitals in China.Methods:The change trend of outpatient income in general hospital was analyzed with structural change degree analysis method.Results:The proportion of drugs in outpatient income of general hospital decreased steadily from 2012 to 2021,which reduced from 2012 to 2015 and rapidly from 2016 to 2018.The proportion of income reflected the value of medical service in outpatient medical income,and it showed an upward trend.The proportion of examination,treatment and operation income in medical income increased by nearly 2%.Conclusion:The effect of the policy is obvious,but the proportion of drug income in the whole medical income is still large.It is necessary to strengthen budget management,and refine through information system management.
