Analysis of Hospital Medical Record Information Management Under Big Data Environment
Objective:To explore the role of hospital medical record information management mode in improving the quality and level of medical record information management under the big data environment.Methods:The defects of discharged medical records,the rate of Grade A,the incidence of doctor-patient conflicts,and the incidence of medical disputes were compared before and after adopting the hospital medical record information management mode in the big data environment.Results:The defect rate of discharged medical records in 2021 was significantly lower than that in 2020,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=243.028,P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of discharged medical records in 2020 and 2021(χ2=0.125,P＞0.05).The incidence of doctor-patient conflicts in 2021 was higher than that in 2020 and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=102.643,P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the incidence of medical disputes in 2020 and 2021(χ2=0.129,P＞0.05).Conclusion:The adoption of hospital medical record information management model under the big data environment can significantly improve the quality and level of medical record information management and harmonize the doctor-patient relationship,which is conducive to promoting the sustainable development of the hospital.
