Application Effect Analysis of Perioperative Comprehensive Nursing Based on Evidence-based Medicine for Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur
Objective:To observe the effect of evidence-based medicine in perioperative nursing care of patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:103 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur who received surgical treatment in the hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were taken as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group(51 cases)who only received routine care and the observation group(52 cases)who performed perioperative care based on evidence-based medicine by computer grouping method. The physiological and psychological rehabilitation of the two groups of patients were compared, and all patients were followed up for a short period of 6 months. The postoperative complications and quality of life were observed in the two groups. Results:After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t=2.832,2.669;P<0.05).The fracture healing time,VAS scores and hospital stay were lower than those in the control group, and the FMA scores were higher than those in the control group(t=2.711,3.575,2.422,2.765;P<0.05).During the follow-up period,ADL scores of different dimensions were higher than those of the control group(t=2.481,3.710;P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than the control group(χ2=5.137,P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on evidence-based medicine, formulating and implementing perioperative nursing programs for patients with intertrochanteric fracture of the femur can effectively promote their postoperative physiological and psychological recovery, which is of great significance in improving the long-term quality of life of patients and reducing the risk of complications.
