Application of Three-dimensional Psychological Intervention in Improving Negative Emotions and Self-management Ability of Patients After PCI
Objective:To investigate the effects of three-dimensional psychological intervention on negative emotions and self-management level in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 86 patients undergoing PCI who were treated in the hospital from January 2022 to Febuary 2023 were enrolled. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing.Observation group was given three-dimensional psychological nursing. Both groups were nursed till discharge. The anxiety and depression were assessed by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS).The psychological health status was assessed by brief profile of mood state. The self-management ability was assessed by coronary artery disease self-management scale(CSMS).Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)was performed to assess quality of life. Results:After intervention, scores of SAS and SDS in both groups were decreased, which were lower in observation group than control group(t=7.647,6.025;P<0.05).The scores of fatigue, stress, anger, depression and confusion in observation group were lower than those in control group, while energy score was higher than that in control group(t=2.827,7.894,2.399,3.549,4.911,5.528;P<0.05).After intervention,CSMS score in both groups were increased, which was higher in observation group than control group(t=4.017,2.109,4.219;P<0.05).After intervention,SAQ score in both groups were increased, which was higher in observation group than control group(t=4.308,4.795,4.524,2.577,3.262;P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional psychological intervention can improve self-management ability of patients after PCI,and alleviate negative emotions.
