Effect of Painless Concept Combined with Cognitive Behavior Intervention on Postoperative Pain and Mental Status of Patients with Early Gastric Cancer
Objective:To probe into the influence of painless concept combined with cognitive behavior intervention on postoperative pain and mental state of patients with early gastric cancer,so as to provide basis for clinical nursing.Methods:86 patients with early gastric cancer who underwent surgical treatment in Shangrao Municipal Hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected, and randomly divided into control group and observation group. There were 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given painless idea combined with cognitive behavior nursing intervention. Before and after the intervention, the pain degree(NRIS),sleep quality(PSQI),psychological status(PANAS),quality of life(QLICP-ST)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the scores of NRIS and PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=2.410,2.480;P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of PANAS Negative Emotion,PANAS positive emotion and QLICP-ST in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=2.334,2.311,2.329;P<0.05).After intervention, the satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2=4.468,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of painless concept and cognitive behavior intervention can effectively reduce the degree of pain, improve the quality of sleep and psychological status, improve the quality of life, and then obtain higher satisfaction in nursing.
