摘要
随着艾滋病防治领域的科技进步,艾滋病预防在生物医学干预方面也取得重大突破,暴露后药物预防技术仍为其中重要组成部分.国际多项研究表明,在特定亚人群中,采取艾滋病病毒暴露后预防用药具有显著预防人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染的效果.文章结合最新国际指南、临床研究数据,探讨影响暴露后药物预防实施效果的因素,为我国推广该策略提供参考.
Abstract
Scientific and technological improvement has been achieved in HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment,including major breakthroughs made in biomedical intervention.Post-exposure prophylaxis has been regarded as an important component for it.Effectiveness of the HIV post-exposure prophylaxis for specific sub-population has been positively proved by number of global researches.With reference to new international guidelines and clinical data,potential influencing factors of the efficacy of HIV post-exposure prophylaxis are to be explored,which may provide reference for the implementation of biomedical intervention strategy in China.
