Effect of Dexmedetomidine on the Inhibition of EC50 in Patients with Visceral Pain During Fibrocolonoscopy Monitored by Narcotrend
Objective:To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine on the inhibition of EC50 in patients with visceral pain by propofol under the monitoring of Narcotrend,so as to provide reference for individual anesthetic medication.Methods:60 patients underwent fibrocolonoscopy under general anesthesia in the hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into dexmedetomidine+propofol test group(group D)and saline+propofol control group(group C),with 30 patients in each group by randomized number method.Using Marsh pharmacokinetic parameters and target controlled infusion of propofol according to Dixon sequential method was performed.Propofol EC50,95%CI,complications of anesthesia and time of awakening were determined by probabilistic unit method.Results:EC50 and 95%CI of group D were lower than group C,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in complications of anesthesia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine can significantly reduce propofol inhibition of EC50 for visceral pain during fibrocolonoscopy.
