Analysis of the Status Quo and Related Influencing Factors of Decision-making Self-efficacy in Patients with non Small Cell Lung Cancer
Objective:To explore the current situation of decision-making self-efficacy in patients with non small cell lung cancer, and analyze relevant influencing factors. Methods:A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted to evaluate the decision-making self-efficacy of 80 patients with non small cell lung cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to August 2022.The Chinese version of the decision-making self-efficacy scale was used to evaluate the decision-making self-efficacy of patients, and the clinical data of all patients were analyzed in detail. The differences in patient related data were investigated and compared, and possible factors were included.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the related influencing factors of decision-making self-efficacy in patients with non small cell lung cancer. Results:After evaluation, the decision-making self-efficacy scores of 80 patients with non small cell lung cancer ranged from 50 to 79 points, with an average score of(62.50±7.50)points.The results of linear regression analysis showed that education level, monthly family income, social support and level of hope were influencing factors of decision-making self-efficacy in patients with non small cell lung cancer(t=4.627,-3.386,4.679,-3.956;P<0.05).Conclusion:The decision-making self-efficacy of patients with non small cell lung cancer is generally at a moderate level.Education level, monthly family income, social support and hope level are important influencing factors.
