Clinical Efficacy of Water Laser Method and Minimally Invasive Classical Method in Children with Dental Caries and Analysis of Metalloproteinase and Lactate Dehydrogenase
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of water laser method and the effect of LDH in children with dental caries.Methods:90 children treated in the hospital from March 2019 to May 2022 were randomly selected and divided into water laser group, minimally invasive group group and conventional decurage group, with 30 cases in each group.Water laser method, minimally invasive classical treatment method and traditional decay method were used to treat dental caries in children respectively.Pain, operation duration, clinical efficacy and metalloproteinase and lactate dehydrogenase levels were compared in the three groups. Results:The number of intraoperative pain cases was different in water laser group, minimally invasive children group and traditional graft removal group(x2=20.170.P<0.001).Caries removal time in the water laser group and the minimally invasive prescription group were significantly lower than those in the traditional graft removal group(t=15.885,P<0.001).The clinical efficacy of water laser group and minimally invasive prescription group was better than that of traditional decaying group(x2=7.910,P=0.019).Metalloprotease-2 and metalloproteinase-9,metalloprotease-2 and metalloprotease-9 were statistically different in water laser group, minimally invasive prescription group and traditional graft removal group(x2=5.467,12.486,3.262;P<0.05).Conclusion:Water laser method and minimally invasive method for the treatment of dental caries in children have good effect, but water laser method has the advantages of less pain and short operation time, which can reduce the discomfort and pain of children. And it is more conducive to being accepted by children.
