Effect of Different Surgical Schemes on Immune Function and Prognosis of Patients with Esophageal Cancer
Objective:To analyze the value of different surgical plans in the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer patients.Methods:60 patients with esophageal cancer were selected from October 2019 to August 2021 in the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method, they were divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine radical esophagectomy, and observation group was treated with thoracoscopic radical esophagectomy. The complication rate, surgical indexes, immune function and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(x2=4.812,P<0.05).Intraoperative blood loss, operation time, hospital stay and first exhaust time in the observation group were lower than those in control group(t=24.763,5.206,15.148,7.611;P<0.05).CD4+and NK in observation group were higher than those in control group(t=5.168,4.618;P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.192,P<0.05).Conclusion:Choosing thoracoscopic radical esophagectomy for esophageal cancer can improve the immune function of patients. It can also reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, and improve patient satisfaction.
