Effect of Cross-theoretical Model Teaching Mode on Standard Preventive Implementation Rate and Humanistic Care of Nurses Trained in Hepatobiliary Surgery
Objective:To investigate the effect of cross-theoretical model teaching mode on standard preventive implementation rate and humanistic care of nurses trained in hepatobiliary surgery. Methods:A total of 104 nurses who received routine training in the Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery of Deyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the conventional group and the research group according to the practice batch, with 52 cases in each group. The conventional group was given the traditional teaching mode, and the research group was given the cross-theoretical model teaching on the basis of the conventional group. The two groups were compared on the standard prevention implementation rate, humanistic care(CAI score)and teaching satisfaction. Results:After intervention, the standard preventive implementation rate of the study group(94.23%)was higher than that of the conventional group(78.85%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.283,P<0.05).After intervention, the CAI score of both groups was higher than that before intervention.Compared with the conventional group, the CAI score of the research group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.775,P<0.05).After intervention, the teaching satisfaction of the two groups was higher in the research group(96.15%)than in the conventional group(82.69%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.981,P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting cross-theoretical model teaching mode for routine training nurses in hepatobiliary surgery can significantly improve their standard prevention implementation rate, humanistic care ability and teaching satisfaction.
