Study on the Effect of Segmental Nursing Combined with Individual Rehabilitation Training on Improving the Ad-verse Reaction and Prognosis of Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy
Objective:To observe the application effect of segmented nursing combined with individualized rehabilitation training in improving the adverse reactions and prognosis of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods:Taking 150 patients with breast cancer who received chemotherapy in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the conventional group, with 75 cases in each group.Basic nursing was carried out in the conventional group during chemotherapy, and segmented nursing combined with individualized rehabilitation training was carried out in the intervention group during chemotherapy. The patients were followed up for 6 months, and the adverse reactions and survival of the two groups were statistically compared. Results:After nursing, the SAS,SDS and MDASI scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group, with statistically significant difference(t=3.097,2.784;P<0.05).After nursing, the MDASI scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.856,2.423;P<0.05).During the follow-up,the incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.975;P<0.05).During the follow-up period, the FACT-B scores of all dimensions in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.359,3.344,2.878,3.127,3.446;P<0.05).Conclusion:Segmental nursing combined with individualized rehabilitation training for chemotherapy patients with breast cancer can improve their psychological and physiological status, reduce the incidence of chemotherapy related side effects and significantly improve their quality of life.
