Effect of Operating Room Nursing Combined with Glucose Chlorhexidine Skin Disinfectant on Postoperative Infection in Patients with Rectal Cancer Under Quantitative Evaluation Strategy
Objective:To explore the effect of operating room nursing combined with glucose chlorhexidine skin disinfectant skin preparation on postoperative infection in patients with rectal cancer under quantitative evaluation strategy. Methods:A total of 86 patients with rectal cancer who underwent surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention combined with dextrochlorhexidine skin disinfectant for skin preparation, and the experimental group was given operating room nursing intervention combined with dextrochlorhexidine skin disinfectant based on quantitative evaluation strategy for skin preparation. Results:The hospitalization time, intraoperative bleeding time, postoperative first exhaust time and postoperative first defecation time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(t=7.371,5.318,8.257,9.262;P<0.05).The epinephrine index, norepinephrine index and serum cortisol index of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=6.145,6.772,10.537;P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(x2=3.890,P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(x2=8.870,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of operating room nursing under the quantitative evaluation strategy combined with glucose chlorhexidine skin disinfectant for skin preparation in patients with rectal cancer during surgery can effectively optimize the surgical indicators of patients, reduce the degree of postoperative stress, reduce the incidence of complications, and effectively improve patients'satisfaction with nursing.
