Analysis of the Influence of the Whole Course Seamless Nursing Mode on the Success Rate of Treatment and Satis-faction Rate of Nursing for Patients with Traumatic Fracture
Objective:To observe the application effect of the whole course seamless nursing mode in patients with traumatic fracture and its influence on the success rate of treatment and satisfaction rate of nursing.Methods:112 cases of traumatic fracture patients admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to March 2022 were taken as the research objects.They were divided into intervention group and control group by drawing lots,with 56 cases in each group.The control group only carried out routine nursing,while the intervention group carried out seamless nursing throughout the whole process.The treatment situation and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.All patients were followed up for a short period of 6 months to compare the rehabilitation situation and complications of the two groups.Results:Under different nursing schemes,the receiving time,examination time and treatment time of the intervention group were lower than that of the control group,and the success rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.125,2.279,2.962;x2=10.672;P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=9.322,P＜0.05).The duration of getting out of bed and staying in hospital in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group.During follow-up,the fracture healing time in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the FMA score was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(x2=7.065,P＜0.05).Conclusion:The whole course seamless nursing mode has high application value in the emergency treatment of patients with traumatic fracture,and has positive significance in improving the treatment efficiency and satisfaction rate of nursing,promoting the recovery of fracture focus and motor function after surgery,and reducing the risk of complications.
