Objective:To explore the application effect of family participatory nursing model based on Nell Noddings'caring theory in children with emotional disorders. Methods:A total of 94 children with emotional disorders admitted to the hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.Children in the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was based on the control group using the family participatory nursing model of Nell Nording'caring theory.Negative emotion, social functioning, quality of life, intelligence, and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results:After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=5.730,3.919;P<0.05).After intervention,SDSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and GQOLI-74 score was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=5.581,2.190;P<0.05).After intervention, the verbal, operational and total IQ of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the observation group, with statistically significant difference(t=3.115,2.563,2.238;P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(x2=7.532,P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with emotional disorders, the use of family participatory nursing model based on Nell Noddings'caring theory can reduce the negative emotions of children, and improve the quality of life.
