Analysis of the Application of Dignity Care Intervention Guided by Anxin Card Combined with SHARE Model in Hospice Care of Tumor Patients
Objective:To explore and analyze the application of dignity care intervention guided by Anxin card combined with SHARE model in hospice care of tumor patients,so as to provide reference for clinic.Methods:68 cancer patients in the hospital from Jan.to Dec.2022 were selected as the research objects.The control group(34 cases)implemented the traditional care method and notification mode,and the experimental group(34 cases)implemented the dignity care method guided by the peace of mind card and the SHARE notification mode.Self-esteem level,death attitude,anxiety and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of self-esteem in both groups were increased,and the scores of self-esteem in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=4.218,P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of the attitude of fear and avoidance of death in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of attitude of natural acceptance and approaching acceptance of death were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=10.119,3.222,17.142,6.278;P＜0.05).After intervention,anxiety scores of both groups were decreased,and anxiety scores of test group were significantly lower than control group(t=18.739,P＜0.05).After intervention,the sleep quality scores of both groups were decreased,and the sleep quality scores of test group were significantly lower than those of control group(t=10.746,P＜0.05).After intervention,the pain degree score of both groups decreased,and the pain degree score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group after intervention(t=9.685,P＜0.05).Conclusion:The dignity care intervention guided by Anxin Card combined with SHARE model in the hospice care of cancer patients is beneficial to the disease treatment and physical and mental health development of cancer patients,and can be used for clinical reference.
