Application Effect of Evidence-based Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based comprehensive nursing intervention in coronary stent implantation. Methods:A total of 92 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in the hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and study group with randomized controlled method, with 46 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and the patients in the study group were given evidence-based comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effect, nursing satisfaction and postoperative adverse reactions of the two groups with different nursing methods were compared. Results:The effective rate of evidence-based comprehensive nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction of patients was significantly better than control group, with statistically significant difference(x2=4.39,9.28,4.04;P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of evidence-based comprehensive nursing model for patients with coronary stent implantation can significantly improve the nursing effect of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the satisfaction of patients with evidence-based comprehensive nursing.
