Research Progress of Interventional Therapy for Uterine Fibroids
Uterine fibroid(UF)is the most common benign monoclonal tumor in the female reproductive system.In the past,surgical treatment and drug therapy were the main treatment methods.Nowadays,the national fertility policy has been gradually opened up,and more and more women have a strong desire for fertility.The concept of interventional therapy to preserve the uterus has become a new trend in the treatment of uterine fibroids.The study summarizes and compares the principle,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and other indicators of uterine artery embolization,thermal ablation,and ultrasound-guided intratumoral sclerotherapy for the treatment of uterine fibroids,so as to provide certain reference for the clinical treatment of uterine fibroids.
