摘要
目的:分析钙结合蛋白(S100A12)与缺血性卒中患者血管内治疗(EVT)效果及预后情况的关联.方法:选取2021年1月—2023年5月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院收治的119例缺血性卒中患者作为研究对象,比较治疗前后患者的血清S100A12水平、血清炎症因子水平、斑块稳定性及脑神经功能情况,分析S100A12与患者治疗效果及预后情况的关联.结果:治疗后,所有患者的S100A12、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平,颈动脉中膜厚度(IMT)、僵硬度、斑块指数情况,神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)、改良Rakin量表(mRs)评分均低于治疗前,改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.214、23.879、53.528、9.469、16.153、8.871、13.370、16.010、12.468、14.135,P＜0.05).经Spearman相关性系数检验,S100A12 与 hs-CRP、MMP-9、HCY等炎症指标,颈动脉IMT、僵硬度、斑块指数等斑块稳定性指标,NIHSS、mRs评分呈正相关,与MBI评分呈负相关(P＜0.05).结论:缺血性卒中患者应用EVT的效果显著,监测S100A12能在一定程度上指导临床治疗,并实现对不良预后的早期预测.
Abstract
Objective:lo analyze the correlation between S100A12 and EVT efficacy,prognosis in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:Selecting 119 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from January 2021 to May 2023 as the research subjects.The serum S100A12,serum inflammatory factors,plaque stability,and neurological function before and after treatment were compared,and the association between S100A12 and patient treatment efficacy and prognosis was analyzed.Results:After treatment,S100A12,hs-CRP,MMP-9,HCY,IMT,stiffness,plaque index,NIHSS,and mRs score were all lower than before treatment,while MBI score was higher than before treatment(t=8.214,23.879,53.528,9.469,16.153,8.871,13.370,16.010,12.468,14.135;P＜0.05).S100A12 is positively correlated with hs-CRP,MMP-9,HCY,IMT,stiffness,plaque index,NIHSS,mRs scores and negatively correlated with MBI scores(P＜0.05).Conclusion:EVT treatment has significant effect on ischemic stroke.Monitoring S100A12 can guide clinical treatment to a certain extent,and achieve early prediction of adverse prognosis.
