Clinical Application and Effect Evaluation of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery in Lumbar Fusion Surgery
Objective:To study the clinical effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in lumbar fusion surgery. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients who underwent single-level lumbar fusion surgery in the Department of Spinal Surgery from January to December 2018.They were divided into control group(30 cases)and ERAS group(30 cases),who received routine intervention and ERAS intervention during perioperative period, respectively. The VAS score, operation time, blood loss and patient satisfaction were analyzed between the two groups at different time points. Results:Compared with the control group, there is significant advantage in VAS score within 3 days after operation and at discharge in the ERAS group(t=2.176,2.873;P<0.05),and the postoperative satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(x2=11.43,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups 1 month and 1 year after operation(t=3.245,0.733;P>0.05).Conclusion:Clinical application of enhanced recovery after surgery concept can significantly improve the efficacy of lumbar fusion surgery.
