Application Value Analysis of Rehabilitation Nursing Path in Patients After Hip Replacement
Objective:To explore the influence of rehabilitation care pathway on hip function, daily living ability and the occurrence of postoperative complications in patients after hip replacement.Methods:106 patients with hip disease who received unilateral hip replacement surgery in the hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected as examples, and all the patients were grouped according to the difference in admission time.Specifically, the patients could be divided into two groups for clinical care operations(n=53).The control group implemented routine perioperative care, and the study group implemented the clinical care pathway intervention based on the application of routine care measures in the control group. Before and after the intervention, hip function, daily living ability and postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention Harris score was higher than the control group(t=6.352,P<0.05).After intervention, the MBI index of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.352,P<0.05).The incidence in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=3.975,P<0.05).Conclusion:After hip replacement patients clinical rehabilitation nursing path, patients with hip function recovery effect and daily life ability, and after the use of rehabilitation nursing path can reduce the risk of complications during treatment of patients,so as to promote patient rehabilitation has a direct influence.
