Role of Whole-process Point-to-point Nursing Based on the Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in the Improvement of the Rehabilitation Efficiency of Patients with Liver Cancer Intervention
Objective:To explore the role of whole-process point-to-point care based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation care in improving the rehabilitation efficiency of patients with liver cancer intervention.Methods:120 patients with interventional liver cancer admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into control and observation groups by double-blind method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received the routine interventional care intervention, and the observation group received the whole-process point-to-point care intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation care. The rehabilitation efficacy, postoperative complications and quality of life before and after the intervention between the two groups were observed and compared. Results:After intervention, positive attitude,self-stress reduction and self-decision making scores in observation group were higher than those in control group, with statistically significant difference(t=11.866,6.136,6.557;P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant difference(x2=5.886,P<0.05).After intervention, the physical, psychological, social, environmental and comprehensive scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=4.886,8.877,5.514,5.686,6.774;P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole-process point-to-point nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the rehabilitation efficiency of liver cancer interventional patients, reduce postoperative complications, and improve the quality of life.
