Effect of Integrated Model of Healthcare and Wellness Companionship on Orthopedic Total Knee Arthroplasty Patients
Objective:To study the effect of an integrated model of health care and recreation accompaniment on postoperative rehabilitation of orthopedic total knee arthroplasty patients.Methods:118 orthopedic total knee arthroplasty patients admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the randomized number table method, with 59 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were intervened by the conventional nursing model, and the patients in the study group were intervened by the integrated model of medical care and recreational accompaniment. The condition of recovery, knee function score,self-efficacy score, quality of life score and motor level score(Tenger)score were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the limb flexion deformity scores, pain measurement scores, limb range of motion scores, joint stability scores, muscle strength scores, and functional condition scores of the patients in the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.034,3.755,9.463,8.025,7.528,8.388;P<0.05).After intervention, wound healing time, hospitalization time and time out of bed were shorter in the study group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.532,13.806,6.231;P<0.05).After the intervention, the physical exercise self-efficacy scores and coping self-efficacy scores of the patients in the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.598,15.465;P<0.05).After the intervention,Tenger scores of patients in the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=1 1.458,P<0.05).After intervention, patients in the study group had higher mental health scores and physical health scores than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.225,10.944;P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated model of medical care and recreational accompaniment can effectively improve the postoperative knee function joint function of orthopedic total knee arthroplasty patients, improve the patients'independent exercise and coping ability, improve the patients'quality of life, and promote the recovery of the patients'condition.
