Study on the Influence of Fine Nursing Based on Objective Management on Improving Drug Compliance and Index Recovery of Diabetes
Objective:To explore the effect of management by objectives intensive nursing intervention on the medication compliance and index recovery of diabetic patients, and to provide evidence for clinical nursing. Methods:A total of 138 diabetic patients admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots, with 69 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received management by objectives intensive nursing intervention. The self-management ability(SDSCA score),medication compliance(MMAS-8 score),blood glucose[Glycated hemoglobin blood glucose(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FBG),two-hour postprandial blood glucose(PBG)]and blood lipids[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),Low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)]were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:The scores of SDSCA and MMAS-8 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group 1 month and 6 months after intervention(t=5.148,2.763,6.221,3.241;P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of HbA1c,FBG and PBG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=1.399,3.134,3.928;P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=3.860,4.901,7.502;P<0.05).Conclusion:The management by objectives intensive nursing intervention can effectively enhance the self-care ability and medication compliance of diabetic patients, and promote blood glucose and lipid levels to return to normal control standards.
