Intervention Effect of Diversified Pain Nursing Under the Guidance of Standardized Evaluation on the Physiological and Psychological Status of Patients with Gastric Cancer
Objective:To observe the effect of diversified pain nursing under the guidance of standardized evaluation on improving the physiological and psychological status of patients with gastric cancer.Methods:123 patients with gastric cancer in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group(61 cases)and observation group(62 cases).The control group was given routine care+pain nursing.The observation group was given diversified pain care based on standardized evaluation.The physiological and psychological status,sleep quality,psychological scores and VAS scores before treatment,and 1 d,7 d and 14 d after treatment were compared.All patients were followed up for 1 year.The long-term quality of life of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,there was statistically significant difference in SP,PGE2 and NGF(t=5.708,2.078,4.165;P<0.05).Scores of PSQI,HAMA and HAMD were lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(t=6.783,3.390,3.308;P<0.05).The VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group after 1 d,7 d and 14 d of nursing,(t=5.275,5.947,6.278;P<0.05).During follow-up,PWB,EWB and FWB of FACT-G of the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=5.232,3.485,5.671,4.111;P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-dimensional pain nursing under the guidance of standardized evaluation can effectively relieve the cancer pain of patients with gastric cancer,and has positive significance in promoting the recovety of patients'physical and psychological status and improving their long-term quality of life.
