Objective:To explore the effect of empathy nursing combined with fine nursing on the psychological state and breast-feeding rate of primipara after cesarean section.Methods:62 primiparas of cesarean section in the hospital from May 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method.31 cases in the control group were given fine nursing, and 31 cases in the research group were given empathic nursing on the basis of the control group. The mental state,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),breast-feeding rate and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results:Before the nursing intervention, there was no significant difference in the psychological status between the two groups(t=0.232,P>0.05).The HAMA scores of the psychological status of the study group were lower than that of the control group(t=5.340,P<0.05).After one week of nursing, the breastfeeding rate of the study group(96.77%)was higher than that of the control group(77.42%),with statistically significant difference(x2=5.167,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 3.23%,and that in the control group was 19.35%.The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(x2=4.026,P<0.05).Conclusion:Empathic nursing can improve the psychological state, increase the rate of breast-feeding of newborns, and effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events during nursing.
