摘要
目的:探讨Snyder希望理论护理干预对老年糖尿病(DM)患者希望水平及应对方式的影响,为临床护理提供依据.方法:选取2019年6月—2020年12月河南大学第一附属医院内分泌科收治的82例老年DM患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和干预组,每组各41例.对照组采用常规心理护理干预,干预组实施Snyder希望理论护理干预.比较两组患者干预前后的希望水平[Herth希望量表(HHI)评分]、应对方式[医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)评分]及生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL)评分]情况.结果:干预后,两组患者HHI中各维度评分均高于干预前,且干预组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.815、8.904、6.583,P＜0.05).干预后,干预组患者MCMQ中回避、屈服维度评分低于对照组,面对维度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.368、8.914、8.244,P＜0.05).干预后,两组患者GQOL评分均高于干预前,且干预组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.227,P＜0.05).结论:Snyder希望理论护理干预能够改善老年DM患者的应对方式,提高其希望水平和生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of Snyder hope theory nursing intervention on the hope level and coping style of senile diabetes mellitus(DM)patients,so as to provide basis for clinical nursing.Methods:82 elderly patients with DM were selected from the Department of Endocrinology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from June 2019 to December 2020.They were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine psychological nursing intervention,and the intervention group was given Snyder Hope Theory nursing intervention.The hope level[Herth Hope Scale(HHI)score],coping style[medical coping style questionnaire(MCMQ)score]and quality of life[general quality of life(GQOL)score]were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the scores of HHI in both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the scores in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group(t=3.815,8.904,6.583;P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of avoidance and yield in MCMQ of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of face dimension were higher than those of the control group(t=6.368,8.914,8.244;P＜0.05).After intervention,the GQOL scores of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,The difference was statistically significant(t=6.227,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Snyder Hope Theory nursing intervention can improve the coping style,and the level of hope and the quality of life of the elderly patients with DM.
