摘要
导管相关性血流感染(CRBSI)是血管内置管患者尤其是癌症化疗患者常见的并发症之一,一旦发生可影响患者治疗效果,甚至引发全身感染,加重患者身体痛苦及经济负担.因此做好带管期间的管路维护和并发症的预防,护理人员根据丰富的专业知识以及临床经验,对可能发生的疾病给予提前干预,实施预见性护理方案,由传统的被动护理转化为主动护理,对减少CRBSI的发生率具有较高的临床价值.简要综述基于预见性护理方案在CRBSI患者中的应用研究进展,为今后开展相关研究进展提供参考依据.
Abstract
Catheter-associated bloodstream infection(CRBSI)is one of the common complications in patients with endovascular tube,especially cancer chemotherapy.Once it occurs,it can affect the therapeutic effect of patients,even cause systemic infection,and increase the physical pain and economic burden.Therefore,it is of high clinical value for reducing the incidence of CRBSI to do a good job in pipeline maintenance and the prevention of complications during the period of catheter,and for nursing staff to give advance intervention to possible diseases according to their rich professional knowledge and clinical experience,implement predictive nursing program,and transform traditional passive nursing into active nursing.The application of predictive nursing programs in patients with CRBSI is briefly reviewed,so as to provide reference for future research.
