Value of Combined Detection of Serum CK-MB,MYO,CTnI,and NT-proBNP in the Early Diagnosis of Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective:To analyze the value of Creatine kinase Isozyme(CK-MB),Myoglobin(MYO),Troponin I(cTnI)and N-terminal B-type pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in the joint detection of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:97 AMI patients admitted to the hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were assigned to the observation group, and 85 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations in the hospital during the same period were assigned to the control group.Venous blood samples were collected from the two groups at admission, and the differences in CK-MB,MYO,cTnI and NT-proBNP between the two groups were measured and compared.Additionally, the receiver operating curve(ROC)was drawn and the efficacy of CK-MB,MYO,cTnI and NT-proBNP alone or in combination for the diagnosis of AMI were analyzed.Results:CK-MB,MYO,cTnI and NT-proBNP levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=55.086,49.389,50.232,46.301;P<0.05).The ROC results showed that CK-MB,MYO,cTnI and NT-proBNP in the diagnosis of AMI was higher than 0.843,0.822,0.814 and 0.837 diagnosed separately by the four.Conclusion:CK-MB,MYO,cTnI,and NT-proBNP exhibit abnormally high expression in the body of AMI patients. The combination of the four can effectively diagnose AMI and provide effective reference for clinical practice.
